William Biddle
Born in Hamilton, Ontario, William (Bill) Biddle studied drawing and painting at the Art Students League and the American School of Design in New York. He started his career in a lithographic firm before moving on to a Hamilton Studio and then a Toronto lithographic firm. He later worked at Clive Peacock Studio before forming WM Biddle Illustrative Ltd. in Toronto and Hamilton. Bill taught drawing and painting for 20 years at the Ontario College of Art and Design and holds painting classes at the Dundas Valley School of Art as well as workshops across Ontario. He specializes in watercolor and acrylic techniques; he is the owner of Gallery William Biddle in Dunnville Ontario. William resides in Dunnville Ontario with wife Pamela.
